Payment Information

  • $525 ~ 12 sessions (includes 1 monthly workout schedule. First session dedicated to Assessments)
  • $  45 ~ Monthly workout schedule only *
  • $  30 ~ 6 weekly Group Classes (minimum 10 attendees) **
  • $  45 ~ One hour session

Policies and Procedures

  • All workout schedules must be purchased with a one hour instruction session to insure proper form.  New clients must purchase and attend a minimum one hour evaluation testing session before receiving any workout schedule. *
  • Group Classes must be paid in advance.  If the minimum of 10 attendees is not reached, all payments will be returned.**
  • Above fees assume there are no gym fees associated with personal training (i.e., we will be using your own gym, or an outdoor program.)
  • All packages are non-refundable and payment must be rendered in advance.
  • Payments can be made via PayPal, check or money order.  There will be a $30 fee for bounced checks.
  • Sessions will be billed in ¼ hour increments with a 1 hour minimum per session and paid weekly or monthly in advance.
  • All forms must be completed and returned before receiving any instruction or workout schedule.
  • Personal Trainer must be notified 24 hours in advance of any cancellations or client will be charged full price for the pre-arranged session.
  • Sessions will begin on time and end on time.
