Began as a Receptionist for a Fortune 500 Company and was promoted through several positions ranging from Clerical functions to Secretarial and Production Coordinator positions in Accounting, Personnel and Export Sales departments. Duties included designing and analyzing spreadsheets; providing statistical information relating to billing and order entry performance; daily price audits; providing assistance to Controller and Accounting managers in preparation and research of financial reports; updating and auditing Access Control system.

Acted as liaison between international department and plant production for sales of $120 million; Maintained monthly commission balances for all international brokers; Processed all export claims; Monitored master contracts to insure timely withdrawals

Responsible for purchasing all office machines and supplies for approximately 130 employees; developed supply inventory system; processed timecards and insurance claims; was given access to all confidential employee records; assisted Accounting department with financial reports, correspondence, etc.
